No parties allowed. If your pup is not good being left alone, please consider boarding them or brining a crate. Any damages would be charged back to you. Condo 121 House Rules Park Place Condos – Cedar Key, Florida To help ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules during your visit. General Rules Please treat the condo with care and respect as if it were your own home. Registered guests only. No parties or large gatherings permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of consideration for neighbors and other guests. Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number listed in the reservation. Smoking & Pets No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. No pets allowed unless specifically approved in advance. Balcony & Outdoor Areas Do not hang towels, clothing, or fishing gear from balcony railings. Please keep balconies clean and free of food that may attract birds or wildlife. No grilling on balconies. Kitchenette Use Please wash dishes or load dishwasher before departure. Do not pour grease or food scraps down the sink. Turn off appliances when not in use. Beach & Fishing Courtesy Rinse sandy items outside before bringing them into the condo. Store fishing gear neatly and dispose of bait properly. Do not clean fish inside the condo. Parking & Property Park only in designated guest parking areas. No boat, trailer, or oversized vehicle parking unless approved by management. Please do not block walkways or neighboring spaces. Safety Lock doors and windows whenever leaving the condo. Report any maintenance issues or damage promptly. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
